Logline: As buildings crumble and get repaired around a bus stop, two lovers age while the concrete seems to get younger.
The Great Depression is over. A quiet and put-together Jerome is accosted by a young pickpocket at a bus stop, his heirloom pocket watch stolen. Talkative boxing-hopeful Chris, catches the pickpocket and returns the pocket watch to Jerome, the two become fast friends.
Under the threat of the Second World War, tensions are brought to a boil, a bomb drops, Jerome and Chris kiss, and the rebuilding begins.
Foundation is a tale of two lovers that overcome adversity, only to be separated and forgotten by time.
