Logline: Three down-on-their-luck children’s entertainers, a pirate, a clown, and a princess, stumble upon a PCP drug smuggling ring and conspire to bring the drug dealers in for the reward.
Working as children’s entertainers to earn extra cash, Jess, John, and Eugene, accidentally receive a loot bag full of PCP from a child’s birthday party. Discovering there is a reward for information that leads directly to the exposition of the drug ring, the trio of children’s entertainers, decide to collect enough evidence to take the operation down on their own.
